Welcome to the NAHEO. Because there is a need within the construction industry to provide services to the heavy equipment operators, because there is a need for access to qualified operators by contractors, government agencies, and others throughout the United States and the World, and because there is a need to organize and improve the skill level of heavy equipment operator, the National Association of Heavy Equipment Operators is created.   The National Association of Heavy Equipment Operators is an organization created for the benefit of heavy equipment operators. Heavy Equipment Operators are defined here as owner operators, certified operators, and experienced operators.
